As you know, my mission is to cover poop as it occurs on Södermalm. But, this week I went on location to Gamla Stan to get a sense of the poop situation there. I sniffed around and this was what I came up with: Gamla Stan has some of the most scenic pooping areas in the city. Who can blame a dog owner for being so enchanted with the scenery that they "forget" to pick up after their hound?FYI: Next week I will be in London and L.A. and I may perform some cross cultural poop investigating. I can only hope that the next picture is not the bottom of my shoe. Until next time, remember to always watch the ground when walking in Söder!
PS: When I examine this poop formation closer I believe it bears a strong resemblance to Stonehenge.

I wanted to share something that I recently created to educate people on the health issues of not picking up after their dogs. I got tired of walking in my neighborhood and seeing piles of dog poop that dog owners left behind. After researching a bit found out it is a problem in many communities. Using my background in e-learning development, I decided to create a brief educational and entertaining video addressing the messy problem . . .
Here is the link to the 2 minute video I created called The Poop Detective . . .
